UNC Dojo started practicing in 2003-4 and we became an official UNC Student Org in 2005.
We are a member dojo of Triangle Kendo & Iaido (TKI) and our parent club also has a dojo in Raleigh. Our Federation membership is through TKI.
The sensei for UNC dojo is Mike Watson (4 Dan) under the guidance of TKI head instructor James Kim (6 Dan, renshi).
